As a Product Designer, you'll shape meaningful experiences for coaches, players, families, and fans in the youth sports space, focused on solutions for coaches and communities. This role requires someone who can take a project from discovery to launch, working closely with cross-functional partners in Product and Engineering. Success is someone who can think critically, design with intent, and ship intuitive work aligned with business goals.

As a Lead Product Designer, you are a proactive problem solver and holistic thinker who leads through ambiguity and drives strategy across initiatives and domains. You influence the Product org as a whole. You deliver meaningful impact in unknown problem spaces by bringing structure to complex problems, making thoughtful tradeoffs, and leading cross-functional teams toward shared goals.

Proactively collaborate across pillars to untangle complex technical and user experience dependencies.
