Define web visual direction aligned with Heidi’s evolving brand. Design reusable components for a modular block library and build accessible, responsive layouts across breakpoints. Work closely with product designers to deliver a consistent Heidi experience, aligned across web and product channels, and advocate for user-centric design principles.

Responsible for designing intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing user interfaces for our critical applications across iOS and Web platforms, specifically tailored for the unique demands of a manufacturing environment. This is a fully remote role and requires someone based in Mexico with full work authorization already in effect.

In this high-impact role, you will directly influence Apollo’s vision of becoming the all-in-one GTM platform, partnering with PMs, Engineers, and Analysts to identify churn drivers and friction points using user research and behavioral data.
